Madhukar Sharma- Non-Executive Independent Director
Madhukar Sharma, aged 62 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Bombay. He has more than 40 years of experience in the Banking and Finance Industry.
Santwana Amarshu Vernekar- Non Executive Independent Director
Santwana Vernekar, aged 50 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Master’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay. She also holds a Doctor of Medicine (Biochemic Medicine) from Alternative Medical Council Calcutta.
